The Huge Rally in the Indian Stock Market and the Reasons

Today, August 18, the Indian stock markets witnessed a huge rally. The biggest reason for the rally was the increase in India's credit rating and the announcement of GST reforms by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which excited investors and led to a huge buying.

1. S & P's Rating Upgrade

The main reason for this is that S & P Global Ratings has upgraded India's rating from "BBB-" to "BBB" for the first time in 18 years. This is due to India's strong economic growth, sound economic policies and fiscal discipline.

2. Expectations for reform of the GST law

Another big reason for the rally in the stock market is the opinion expressed by Prime Minister Modi in his speech on August 15 regarding the reform of the current GST law. Modi said in his speech that the central government has sent the draft of the GST law to the states and the revised law is likely to be implemented before Diwali. According to experts, most of the items in the current Indian market will be brought under the 5% or 18% GST slab, which will be a big benefit for the current auto and cement sectors, which are currently charged 28% GST. This new GST amendment law is also likely to be a big financial benefit for insurance companies.

3. Fall in Crude Oil Prices

Today, the price of crude oil fell slightly in the international market. It is currently at $ 65.82 per barrel. This small decline has made a difference in India's import costs and reduced inflationary pressure, which has increased investor morale.

4. Positive messages in the Global Market

This morning, all the major stock markets in Asia saw a rise. Japan's Nikkei, Shanghai Composite and Hong Kong's Hang Seng all remained in the green in the morning. Also, the morning strength of the Dow Jones futures in the American stock market strengthened the Indian stock market.

5. US's Soft Stance

US President Donald Trump indicated that the US will no longer impose additional secondary tariffs on countries that buy crude oil from Russia, which may have had an impact on the Indian market and led to a rally.

6. Strong Rupee

In today's session, the rupee strengthened by 20 paise to 87.39 per dollar in the Indian market, which had closed at 87.59 in the previous session. This increase gave positive signals in the stock market and gave a boost to the market.

In the last session today, the Nifty-Fifty rose by 245.65 points or 1.02% to close at 24876, while the Sensex rose by 676.09 points or 0.84% to close at 81273.75 and the Bank Nifty rose by 393.5 points or 0.71% to close at 55734.90.

आज दिनांक 18 ऑगस्ट रोजी भारतीय शेअर बाजारांमध्ये तुफान तेजी दिसून आली. तेजीचे सर्वात मोठे कारण म्हणजे भारतीय क्रेडिट रेटिंग ची वाढ आणि पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींनी जीएसटी सुधारणांबाबत केलेली घोषणा या बातमीमुळे गुंतवणूकदार उत्साहीत झाले आणि जबरदस्त खरेदी होऊन आज तेजी दिसून आली. 

भारतीय शेअर बाजारातील तेजीचे काही महत्त्वाचे कारण खालील प्रकारे आहेत...

1. S & P ची रेटिंग अपग्रेड 

S & P ग्लोबल रेटिंग कंपनीने गेल्या 18 वर्षानंतर पहिल्यांदाच भारताची रेटिंग "BBB-" वरतून "BBB" वर केलेली आहे याचे मुख्य कारण म्हणजे भारताची मजबूत आर्थिक ग्रोथ, भरोसेमंद आर्थिक नीती आणि वित्तीय अनुशासन हे होय.

2. जीएसटी कायद्याबाबत सुधारणा होण्याची अपेक्षा 

शेअर बाजारातील तेजीचे अजून एक मोठे कारण म्हणजे पंतप्रधान मोदी यांनी 15 ऑगस्ट च्या भाषणात सध्याच्या जीएसटी कायद्याच्या सुधारणा बाबत मांडलेले मत. मोदी आपल्या भाषणात म्हणाले की केंद्र सरकारने जीएसटी कायद्यामधील सुधारणा बाबतचा मसुदा हा राज्यांना पाठवलेला आहे आणि दिवाळीच्या पूर्वी सुधारित कायदा लागू होण्याची शक्यता आहे. तज्ज्ञांच्या मते सध्याच्या भारतीय बाजारातील बहुतेक वस्तू ह्या 5% किंवा 18% जीएसटीच्या स्लैब मध्ये आणल्या जातील जेणेकरून सध्याच्या ऑटो आणि सिमेंट क्षेत्रासाठी हा फार मोठा फायदा असेल कारण सध्या ऑटो आणि सिमेंट क्षेत्रावर 28% जीएसटी लावला जातो. या नवीन जीएसटी सुधारित कायद्याचा विमा कंपन्यांनाही फार मोठा आर्थिक फायदा होण्याची शक्यता आहे.

3. कच्च्या तेलाच्या किमतीत घसरन 

आज आंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारात क्रूड ऑइल ची किंमत किरकोळ घसरली. ती प्रति बॅरल सध्या $65.82 वर आली ह्या छोट्याशा घसरणीमुळे भारताच्या आयात खर्चावर फरक पडला आणि महागाई दबाव कमी झाला ज्यामुळे गुंतवणूकदारांचे मनोबल वाढले.

4. जागतिक बाजारातील सकारात्मक संदेश

आज सकाळीच आशियातील सर्व महत्त्वाच्या शेअर बाजारात उठाव दिसला. जपानचा नेक्काई,  शंघायचा कंपोझिट आणि हाँगकाँगचे हँग सेंग हे सर्व निर्देशांक सकाळी हिरव्या रंगात राहिले. तसेच अमेरिकन शेअर मार्केट मधील डाउ जोन्स फ्युचर च्या सकाळच्या मजबुतीमुळे भारतीय शेअर बाजाराला बळकटी मिळाली.

5. अमेरिकेची नरमाईची भूमिका 

अमेरिकेचे राष्ट्राध्यक्ष डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प यांनी अमेरिका आता रशियाकडून कच्चे तेल खरेदी करणाऱ्या देशावर अधिकचा दुय्यम शुल्क लादणार नाही असे संकेत दिले त्यामुळे याचे संभाव्य परिणाम भारतीय बाजारावर झाली आणि बाजारात तेजी आली.

6. मजबूत रुपया 

आजच्या सत्रा मध्ये भारतीय बाजारात रुपया 20 पैशांनी मजबूत होऊन प्रति डॉलर 87.39 वर पोहोचला जो की मागच्या सत्रा मध्ये 87.59 वर बंद झाला होता. या वाढीमुळे शेअर बाजारात पॉझिटिव्ह संकेत मिळाले आणि बाजारात तेजीला चालना मिळाली.

आज शेवटच्या सत्रात निफ्टी-फिफ्टी 245.65 अंकांनी किंवा 1.02% ने वाढून 24876 वर बंद झाला तर सेन्सेक्स 676.09 अंकाने किंवा 0.84% वाढून 81273.75 वर बंद झाला आणि बँक निफ्टी 393.5 अंकांनी किंवा 0.71 % वाढवून 55734.90 वर बंद झाला.
